We have built this reservations system with the ability to make a real time direct connection with our suppliers reservations systems, automating the workflow between our travel suppliers and you.

Direct Connections insure several "peace of mind" features

• Price integrity - When you see the price, this is the price directly from the supplier's reservation system. Hotel rates can typically rise and fall day by day based on demand and availability. A direct connect system gives you up to the minute pricing . Traditional real-time extranet systems give you rates based on the last time the hotel updated that systems database.
• Accurate availability - Availability is up to the minute. The tour you want may be full one day but cancellations often occur so check back. In the future we'll implement an email and mobilie phone notification so you can be notified when your favourite hotel or activity provider has availability for the time you require.
• Confirmation confidence - Booking into the suppliers system means they know you've booked right away. Other systems rely on generating a fax that gets manually inputted once received. Reservations can potentially get missed, lost or not even received if the fax is down. Booking into the suppliers system generates a reservation number directly from them as well as a confirmation number from Virtual World Vacations.
